SCSC U10 Rules

The ball is a size 4.
The home team supplies a game ball and wears light blue.
There will be 6 players maximum on the field at one time. A minimum of 5 players will constitute a team.
There is a goalkeeper.
The goals will be 6ft. high and 18 ft. wide with a net and anchored.
The game will consist of four (4) twelve(12) minute quarters with 2 minutes between quarters and a 5 minute half time.
The coaches and players will sit on one side of the field and everyone else will sit on the opposite side of the field.
All goal kicks are to be taken on or inside the goal box.
The offsides rule is in effect.
The coaches will exchange rosters and have the players cards laminated to give to the referee. (Optional)
Substitutions can be made at any stoppage of play.
A referee will be assigned to the game. However if a referee is not at the game then the two coaches will pick someone to be the referee for that game.
